" Snack Pies"

Ingredients: Dough:, Boiling water, Salt, Flour, Vegetable oil, Stuffing:, Boiled liver, Onion, Salt, pepper, spices

Cooking method:

Bring water to a boil in a small pot, dissolve salt.

Pour vegetable oil into the sifted flour. Add hot water. Mix with a spoon. Once the dough has cooled slightly, transfer it to the table and knead the elastic dough. Then put the dough in a plastic bag for 30 minutes.

We are preparing the stuffing. Scroll the boiled liver in a meat grinder. Fry the onion. Mix with cookies.

Divide the finished dough into 10 even balls. Roll each ball into a circle d ~ 15-18 cm. Make an incision, lay out 1 tbsp. l. fillings.

From the cut edge, wrap the filling in the form of a bag. Pinch free edges at the bottom.

Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with paper. Bake in the oven at t 200 degrees for 30 minutes, focusing on your oven. Bon Appetit! 😋
