Grilled pork is sure to please meat eaters and all men. It is quite simple to cook tasty, juicy pork meat at home in a minimum amount of time, the main thing is to know a few simple secrets, which I will gladly share.

Ingredients:

Pork loin - 600 g

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Sea salt - to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. To grill pork in a skillet, prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Pork tenderloin or loin is best - these parts cook faster, but you need to try not to dry them out. Wash the meat under running water, cut into 2 centimeters thick.

2. Dry each piece of meat thoroughly with paper towels, the pork must be absolutely dry.

3. When you are convinced that the pork is dry enough, salt and pepper it to taste.

4. Using a silicone brush, lightly grease each steak with vegetable oil. Then you need to leave them for 5-10 minutes to stand.

5. Place the grill pan on a high heat; it should be well heated before putting the meat on it. When it's hot enough, place the pork pieces on top of it and cook on both sides for 4-5 minutes. Our task is to "seal" the juices inside so that the meat remains juicy. We turn over only once.

6. Use a kitchen spatula to press the meat into the pan, it will cook faster and the strips from the pan will be more beautiful on the finished pork.

7. Remove the cooked steaks from the stove and let them stand for 5 minutes under the lid before serving. The meat will give away excess juice, but it will remain soft and juicy.

Prepare your favorite side dish and serve grilled pork for a family lunch or dinner. It will be delicious with boiled or fried potatoes, pasta, rice, buckwheat, in general, whatever you like more. And do not forget about the sauce - tomato, mustard and sweet and sour are ideally combined in taste with fried pork steaks.
