Ingredients: To prepare the dough, you need: - whey, - yeast, they must be fresh, - sugar, - salt, - egg, flour, - vegetable oil for the dough, - vegetable oil for lubricating the baking sheet so that the dough does not stick, For the filling you need:, - Gourmet cheese (you can use cheese Russian creamy, mozzarella), tomato, - onion, - any sausage, - champignon mushroom (you can use any), olives (can be broken into halves), - mayonnaise
Cooking method:
Pour the whey into a deep bowl, if cold, heat a little.
Add salt, sugar and 1 cup or 4 tbsp. sifted flour.
Mix everything well so that there are no lumps and put in a warm place to ferment.
When the dough ferments, add 1 egg.
Add gradually another 3 cups of sifted flour, or 12 tbsp. and mix everything well, first with a whisk, and then with your hands.
The dough should stand still warm for 4 hours, rise several times, make sure that it does not run away, knead several times. I made the dough in a saucepan and covered it with a lid. I kept the dough near the battery so that the dough would rise well.
When the dough rises well after 3-4 hours, pour 1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Knead the dough well with your hands so that the dough is saturated with oil.
Let stand another hour or two. The dough will be ready. Be sure to watch so that it does not run away, knead.
For the filling you need 100 gr. cheese, grate. To quickly cut into pieces. I used gourmet cheese, you can use mozzarella cheese.
Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings, or rings.
Peel the sausage and mushrooms and cut into pieces, you can use any.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into rings or half rings.
I spread the dough on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil and stretch it. Can be made in the shape of a circle. Place the onion on top of the dough.

Spread mayonnaise on top of the cheese, gently with a spoon.
