Girls' pie is fluffy, soft, delicious, easy to prepare
Ingredients: Flour, Warm water, Dry yeast, Sugar, Vanilla sugar, Salt, Butter, Minced meat, Onion, egg, Milk
Cooking method:
Pour yeast + sugar into warm water, mix with a whisk, add 2 tbsp. l. flour (add flour based on the total mass) and let stand for 10 minutes, covering the top with a towel
While the dough is cooking, in a pan, fry the onion and add the minced meat, simmer until cooked
Add vanilla sugar + 1/3 of salt to the finished dough, add part of the flour and butter, stir with your hands and add the remaining flour, let the dough come up.
We divide the dough into two parts, roll out most of it somewhere up to 35 cm. in diameter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Put the minced meat in the center and pinch the dough around the edges.
We roll the second part of the dough into strips and close the pie, the pie rests for 15 minutes. Top with milk and egg.
