Eclairs with butter cream

Ingredients: dough, water, milk, butter, eggs, flour, salt, cream, butter, condensed milk, for decoration, powdered sugar

Cooking method:

Pour water and milk into a saucepan. Pour in oil, heat up. Melt the butter. Salt. Without turning off the stove, pour in the flour and mix well. Cool the dough for 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the eggs one at a time. The dough should be homogeneous.

Put the dough into a pastry bag. Form eclairs of any shape. If there is no pastry bag, then you can put the dough in spoons. Below I will attach a photo of finished eclairs shaped with spoons.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 190°. Then reduce the temperature to 150 and bake for another 10 minutes. The time depends on the size of the eclairs. The larger they are, the more time is needed. Ready eclairs to cool.

For cream: beat butter (room temperature) with condensed milk. Put the cream in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.

Cut the eclairs and fill with cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Bon appetit🤗
