Quick and delicious breakfast! ❤️ Today I did an experiment in water for a poached egg, added turmeric and here's the result, how do you like it? 😉

Quick breakfast with poached egg

Ingredients: Ciabatta with olives, avocado, red fish slices, For poached egg, Water, Salt, Vinegar, Turmeric, egg C 1, For serving, Greens, Red caviar

Cooking method:

Cooking a poached egg: break the egg into a small container, so it will be more convenient to lower it into the water. Boil water in a saucepan, then reduce the heat to medium so that there is no violent boil, add salt, vinegar and turmeric, with a whisk stir the water in the saucepan to form a whirlpool and immediately lower the egg, while holding the container with the egg as close to water.

Cook the poached for 2-3.5 minutes and take it out of the water with a slotted spoon and lay it out (together with the slotted spoon) on a paper towel to drain the water. Ready!

Cut the ciabatta in half and fry in a multi-baker on the grill panel, then grease with curd cheese, spread the avocado and knead with a fork.

We cut the red fish into slices and put it on the avocado, then the poached egg, sprinkle with pepper, decorate with caviar and greens on top!
