Chicken roll in the oven with cream (cottage cheese) cheese

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, French Mustard, Garlic, squeezed through a press, chicken fillet, seasoning for chicken, cream cheese, dill to taste, grated hard cheese varieties

Cooking method:

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, French mustard, and crushed garlic clove.

Divide the chicken breast fillet into 3 parts and lightly beat off. Sprinkle with chicken seasoning and place in bowl with sauce to marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: finely chop the dill, put it in a bowl with cream cheese, pour in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix.

Lay out the food foil and lay the pieces of chicken chop overlapping each other on it.

Put cream cheese on top, spread the layer evenly from the center to the edges.

Top evenly sprinkle with grated cheese, about 120 grams.

Roll up chicken chops and wrap in foil.

Put the roll in a baking dish or on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at t = 180 ° C in the top / bottom mode for 40-50 minutes, depending on your oven.

Remove the roll from the oven, unfold the foil, grease with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. And send it to the oven for another 30 - 40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
