Friends! Happy birthday to you all Cookpad community!!! π ππ€ππ Prosperity, conquering new peaks, wonderful recipes and even more participants. And we all have health and happiness! Hooray!!! β€π€πππ₯πΎπ I suggest trying cherry dumplings with a wonderful chocolate aftertasteπ.
Ingredients: flour, boiling water, cocoa, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, chocolate, frozen cherries, cream or sour cream and cherry syrup for serving
Cooking method:
Gradually pour boiling water (150 ml) into flour (200 g), stirring constantly. You will get certified flour (sticky mass). Let it cool down a bit and add sugar, salt, cocoa, vegetable oil. Mix and add flour (~ 100 g). Knead a non-sticky dough. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest for about an hour.
Put the cherry in a colander in advance to defrost. Juice will drain when defrosted. Add sugar to this juice and boil a little. Get cherry syrup for serving.
Roll out the dough and cut out circles. Do not roll out the dough too thin. It is very delicate and can tear when molded. Put a cherry, tsp sugar and a small piece of chocolate on each circle. Form dumplings.
Cook dumplings in lightly salted boiling water for 3 minutes. Serve with cream, sour cream, cherry syrup or drizzle with melted chocolate.
Bon Appetit!
