Preparing a cottage cheese pie with crumbs is very simple, even a novice cook can handle it. Yes, you can cook it all year round. Instead of cherries, you can use any fresh or frozen berries, as well as dried apricots or raisins.

Ingredients:
- flour - 2 cups
- butter - 150 g
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- baking powder for dough - 1 tsp. l.
Filling:
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 2/3 cup
- starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- cherry (or any other berries and fruits)
Step by step recipe
1. We start by preparing the dough. 150 g of oil rubbed on a coarse grater. Margarine can be used in place of butter if desired.
2. Add sugar, flour and baking powder to the butter. Grind all the ingredients with your hands into crumbs.
3. Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper. We shift two-thirds of the prepared crumbs into a mold. We level the crumbs and tamp a little with a spoon.
4. Cooking curd filling. We take 400 g of cottage cheese, add 2 eggs and sugar to it. We mix everything.
5. To the curd mass add 2 tbsp. l. starch and mix everything until smooth.
6. Put the prepared curd filling on top of the dough and evenly distribute.
Put cherries or any other berries or fruits on the cottage cheese.
7. Pour the remaining third of the dough on top and distribute over the filling.
8. We put the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
We take out the baked and already cooled cake from the mold and serve it on the table.
The pie turned out incredibly delicious. Crispy sweet crust on top, under which there is a tender curd layer with cherries. It disappears from the plate as quickly as it cooks.
