One of my favorite recipes and it's cream sausages. I could eat them every day and they definitely wouldn't bother me. These delicious creamy sausages were brought to me by my mother from the Leningrad store "Oriental Sweets". I loved them more than all sweets and cakes, and now I can make them myself.

Easy Butter Sausage Recipe

- I mix sugar with honey and water. Bring to a boil and complete dissolution of sugar over low heat.
- After that, I boil the syrup for 3 minutes.
- I add 300 g of condensed milk.
- Bring everything together to a boil.
- Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes to 115 ° C degrees.
The mass changed color and thickened.
Turn off the heat and mix everything well until smooth.
I pour the mass into a transparent cold dish for cooling.
- When the lipstick has cooled to 50 ° C, I start whipping (it should become light).
- I add soft butter and mix everything well.
- I pour nuts on the table and mix with lipstick.
- I form standard sausages about 3 cm in diameter.
- It turned out 14 pieces. You need to let them dry.
If I have a lot of sweets, I put them in a container and store them in the freezer. Thus, sweets can be stored for several months.

140 g sugar
25 g honey
50 g water
300 g condensed milk
40 g butter
150-200 g toasted nuts
