I love this recipe! Quick, easy and the result is always excellent. Mackerel cannot be tasteless. But it can be, on the contrary, so tasty that you can't tear yourself away from it. Today is one of those recipes.
HOW TO COOK:
My fish, I remove the head and entrails, cut off the fins. I cut the fish into manageable pieces. Approximately like this:
I cut the onion into half rings. I take a lot of onions! For one fish 3 medium bulbs, no less. But even then it seems that it is not enough))
Place a layer of onions in the bottom of a small saucepan. Then the pieces of fish. And again onions. I have a 1.5 liter pot. Perfect for one fish.
Now the marinade. I take 250 ml of water and add:
• Salt - 1 tbsp. (without slide)
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
• Seasoning for fish (any) - 1 tbsp.
• Vegetable oil - 50 ml
• Vinegar 9% - 80 ml
I mix it all and pour the fish and onions with the marinade. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. That's why I call this fish "7 minutes".
After 7 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and let the fish cool completely.
And that's it! You can try. It's very, very tasty! And the bow... I like it even more than fish. Crispy, sweet and sour... Super!
I highly recommend trying this way to cook mackerel. But if for some reason you do not use vinegar, then this recipe is not for you. Without vinegar, it will not turn out so tasty. I have other equally interesting recipes. Watch the video below (you'll love them too):
