Ingredients: Custard:, Milk, Yolk, Rice flour, Skimmed milk powder, Sugarzam, Vanillin, Corn pancakes:, Egg, Kefir, Corn flour, Boiling water, Salt, Baking powder

Cooking method:

In a saucepan, mix milk, yolk, sift catfish, add flour, sucrose and vanillin. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Cook over medium, stirring constantly, until thickened. Transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate.

In a deep bowl, mix eggs, salt and kefir, add flour and baking powder (look at the consistency of the dough, it may take a little more or less flour), knead the dough. Pour boiling water, mix, you may need more flour. We bake pancakes on both sides in a frying pan, you can grease it with coconut oil.

We collect the cake. We spread the pancakes one on top of the other, smearing with cream. We repeat the steps until the pancakes run out) It is advisable to let the cake stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Bon appetit ❤️
