Making these homemade apple pies is not difficult at all. All you need is apples, store-bought puff pastry, and cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients:
- yeast-free puff pastry - 900 g
- large red apples - 5 pcs.
- sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp l.
- butter - for greasing molds
Syrup:
- water - 600 ml
- sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. Let's prepare the apples first.
Cut a large apple in half. We cut out a seed box and a tail from each half. Cut apple halves into thin slices. Red apples are best for this cake. In total, I needed 5 large apples.
2. Pour 200 ml of water into a saucepan and pour 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. We put on fire.
3. When the syrup boils, put some of the chopped apples. After boiling the syrup with apples, cook for about 1-2 minutes. It all depends on the thickness of the apples. As soon as the apples begin to bend, take them out of the syrup on a plate. Be careful not to overcook the apples. We prepare all apples in this way. When the syrup is over, make the next portion of the syrup and boil the apples again. I needed 3 servings of syrup.
4. Grease a cake mold with butter.
5. We take a sheet of purchased puff yeast-free dough and roll it out about 2 times. I have each sheet of dough weighs 225 g. Cut the rolled out dough into 4 long strips. The width of each strip is approximately 4-5 cm.
6. We take 4 tbsp. l. sugar and pour 2 tsp. l. ground cinnamon. We mix everything.
7. Cooking a cake.
I put a strip of dough. In the middle, pour about 1 hour. l. prepared cinnamon sugar. On a strip of dough, lay out the prepared apple slices in an overlap. Approximately half of the apple should lie on a strip of dough, and the other half should protrude.
8. We fold the strip of dough in half, covering the apples. Place the second row of apple slices on top.
9. We roll everything up. At the end, we close the dough well.
We prepare all roses in this way. From 900 g of dough and 5 large apples, I got 16 cakes.
We put a prepared rose in each mold. If there are no such molds, then the cake can simply be put on a baking sheet and baked like that.
10. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
The Rose Cake turned out to be very beautiful and unusual. It's easy to prepare and delicious. These roses are great as a sweet gift. They will surprise and delight the birthday party.
