✅👌 What kind of hostess wants to treat her loved ones with delicious pies, but at the same time cook them very quickly and not bother with preparing the dough.

Today I want to share with you a very interesting recipe for making quick puff pastry pies with meat filling.🥰

I'll tell you how I cook my " Meat Tulips": a package of puff pastry, 150-200 g of minced meat and even a rolling pin is not needed

📕Ingredients for cooking:🥙

Puff pastry (yeast-free) - 1 pack (500 g or 2 sheets)
Minced meat - 150-200 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt, ground black pepper, spices - to taste

👨🏻‍🍳And, let's start cooking...⤵️⤵️⤵️

As I said, to prepare these pies you do not have to knead the dough! We buy ready-made puff yeast-free dough, take it out of the package and leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes to defrost.

We are just preparing the filling.

Finely chop the onion with a knife, but rather rub it on a coarse grater, so more juice will stand out from it and the filling will turn out juicier.

Add chopped onion to minced meat, put any spices to your liking, salt, pepper.

mix well and everything... Meat filling for pies is ready.

Now we take defrosted puff pastry, basically in one package there are 2 layers. We cut each layer into four equal parts - a square or a rectangle.

Next, just knead each square with your fingers a little, making the edges a little thinner. From the finished minced meat we make small meat balls and put on prepared dough pieces.

We collect the edges, forming round "koloboks".

Transfer the prepared pies to a baking sheet greased with oil or lined with parchment paper. And be sure to take good quality parchment paper, siliconized, or also grease with oil. Otherwise, your pies will simply stick to the paper. Brush the top of the pies with beaten egg.

Now we arm ourselves with a sharp knife and make cuts crosswise on top, and again crosswise, this is how cakes are usually cut. Then each "petal" is slightly lifted and opened. We send a baking sheet with prepared pies to bake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

We transfer the finished pies to a dish and serve to the table!
