Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 100 g
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- salt - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. Cut the washed and dried chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts. We beat off each of the parts a little with a meat mallet on both sides. This will make the meat softer.
2. Salt each piece on one side.
We grease the form in which we will bake with sunflower oil. Put the prepared fillet pieces in a mold.
3. We rub two or three potatoes on a fine grater. Salt the grated potatoes a little and mix.
4. Lay the prepared potatoes on top of the chicken breast.
5. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Lay the sliced tomato slices on top of the potatoes.
6. Cut one onion into rings. Divide the onion rings and lay them on top of the tomatoes.
7. Top the vegetables with plenty of mayonnaise.
8. Approximately 100 g of cheese three on a coarse grater. Put the grated cheese on top of the mayonnaise.
9. We put the chicken breast with vegetables in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes.
