Lavash with potato filling is prepared very simply and quite quickly. Products you will need the most simple and budget. And there are no meat ingredients in these pita rolls, and therefore they are perfect to diversify the menu in the post.

Ingredients:
- thin pita bread - 2 sheets
- potatoes - 500 g
- champignons - 200 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- dill - 1 small bunch
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Step by step recipe
1. We clean half a kilogram of potatoes and cut into small pieces. We put the potatoes in a saucepan, fill with water, salt and put on fire. Cook after boiling for 20 minutes.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the mushrooms. 200 g mushrooms, washed and cut into small cubes.
One large onion is also cut into small cubes.
3. Sliced ​​champignons are fried in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
When excess moisture evaporates from the mushrooms, pour a little more sunflower oil into the pan and add the onion here.
4. Fry everything until the onions are golden brown.
At the end, salt the mushrooms, pepper, mix and remove from heat.
5. Finely chop a small bunch of dill.
6. The potatoes are already cooked, leave half a glass of water in which the potatoes were boiled, and drain the rest. Mash the potatoes well with a potato masher. Add half a glass of expressed water and again knead everything well.
7. Add fried mushrooms with onions and chopped dill to mashed potatoes. We mix everything.
Spread half of the filling on a spread sheet of pita bread and evenly distribute it with a spoon.
8. Put the second sheet of pita bread on top. We spread the remaining filling on it and also distribute it over pita bread.
9. Lavash with filling is rolled into a tight roll along the long side. The resulting roll is cut into portioned pieces about 2 - 2.5 cm wide.
10. Fry the rolls in a hot frying pan with a little sunflower oil. Fry over medium heat on both sides until a beautiful golden brown.
