This yeast-free lean dough can be used for any pastry, and ready-made pea patties are ready in minutes. Of course, you can choose any topping that suits your current budget.

I cut the onion into small cubes. I fry the onion, bring it to readiness and let it cool.

DOUGH

I mix tomato juice with vegetable oil, dry ingredients and knead the dough.

Knead the dough until smooth, about 5 minutes. I put it in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

PEA FILLING

I soak the most ordinary dry peas overnight. In the morning I wash it and fill it with clean cold water.

I bring the peas to a boil and remove the foam. Add salt, cover with a lid and cook until the peas are completely softened.
