Next, mix the whites with the yolks in gentle circular motions.
After that, add the sifted wheat flour and mix the ingredients again in a circular motion into a homogeneous mixture.
Then put the resulting mixture into a pastry bag and use it to place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Before planting in the oven, the formed cookies must be sprinkled with sugar. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Allow to cool before use.
