Simple and satisfying way to quickly feed both adults and children.
Ingredients:
400 gr. minced meat
400 gr. pasta
onion
50 oz. butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
salt
pepper
Powdered paprika
4 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
Preparation:
1. Fry the minced meat with chopped onions. Add a little pepper and ground paprika.
2. Boil the pasta until half. You can use any. But better to take vermicelli or spaghetti can take and break into small pieces.
3. Dress the pasta with butter, so they do not stick together. Then mix with roasted meat.
4. Beat two eggs with milk, salt.
5. Pour egg mixture pasta with meat. Stir again.
5. Baking dish greased with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
6. Put the pasta in the form on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and lubricate the sour cream (can be just the egg yolk).
7. Put the form in a hot oven for 30 minutes and baked at 200 degrees.
The finished dish is removed from the oven and cool slightly in the form of chat.
Next casserole should be cut into pieces a la carte, put on a plate and serve.
If desired, this dish can be prepared separately or creamy tomato gravy.
