I will say right away that you can add everything that is in the refrigerator to this pie. Ingredients can be changed / added / removed to your liking.
Usually I cook such a pie when I have food left: a little loaf, leftover cheese and sausage, etc.
So, we cut the sausage, bell pepper, and also the loaf - we cut it into small cubes.
Beat eggs, milk, flour and a pinch of salt until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture with a loaf of sausage and pepper. Mix well and pour into a greased pan.
Put the tomato on top, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with grated cheese - and in the oven.
Lazy pie is cooked at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. When serving, you can sprinkle greens on top.
Tip: the cake should be eaten when it has cooled a little and is warm - this way it holds its shape better.
