Easy Italian appetizer (salad) of mozzarella cheese, tomato with olive oil sauce and basil leaves.

Ingredients:

tomatoes - 1 pc.

Cheese - 1 ball

basil leaves - 6-8 pieces.

vegetable oil - 5 tbsp

salt - to taste

Preparation:

Tomato and basil leaves washed and dried.

Put the prepared basil leaves with a mortar.

Adding salt.

Frays.

Pour olive oil (2 tablespoons), triturated sauce to a paste.

Then add the remaining oil.

Bulb mozzarella cut into 5 slices, tomato - 6 (tomato diameter circles should be equal to or more slices mozzarella).

Spread on the plate prepared slices of cheese and tomato, alternating with each other. You can decorate with parsley.

Pour mozzarella with tomato sauce flavored with basil and salad serve immediately on the table. Bon Appetit!!!
