Very tasty salad. Now one of my favorites 😍
Ingredients: smoked chicken (I used brisket fillet), beets, carrots, eggs, hard cheese, potatoes, Salt, Mayonnaise, Greens for decoration, garlic
Cooking method:
Potatoes, carrots, beets, and eggs are pre-boiled until tender. Cut the meat into small pieces. In a ring with a diameter of 18 cm, put the chopped chicken in the first layer and then there is a layer of mayonnaise. We rub the potatoes on a coarse grater and lay out the next layer, salt to taste and grease with mayonnaise. The next is a layer of grated carrots and mayonnaise.
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and lay out the next layer + mayonnaise. We rub the beets on a coarse grater, add 2-3 cloves of squeezed garlic, mix and spread in a mold. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
We rub the eggs on a fine grater. Spread on top of the beets, grease with mayonnaise.
We decorate the salad with chopped nuts and sprinkle them along the edge of the salad, add chopped greens to the center (I have dill).
Carefully remove the ring and put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours so that the salad is well soaked. Ready! Bon appetit 😋
