I recently cooked pies with green onions and eggs, and decided that I should share with you exactly how I make the filling. It would seem that there is nothing complicated: mix onions, eggs, a little salt and you're done.

You can, of course, cook like that. But why? After all, you can make it much tastier! The main thing is to add one "secret ingredient", now I'll tell you which one.

So, how do I make the stuffing from green onions and eggs for pies:

I cut the boiled eggs into cubes, then add finely chopped green onions. The ratio of onion and eggs in my eyes is a matter of taste, someone likes more eggs in the filling, someone likes onions. And this is not the main thing.

A little salt to taste. And then I add the very ingredient that improves the taste of the filling and makes it juicy - this is butter.

For 5-6 eggs, I take about 2 tablespoons of butter, melt in a saucepan and immediately add to the onions and eggs. I mix - and a delicious filling for pies is ready.

Butter gives a pleasant creamy taste, pies are just great!
