So, how to cook tomatoes in egg fill:
Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes. I advise you to take ripe tomatoes - they taste the best with them.
We spread the chopped tomatoes in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Stew the tomatoes over moderate heat under the lid for 10-12 minutes. Sometimes we stir the tomatoes.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper until smooth (salt and pepper to taste). If desired, add any other spices.
Pour the eggs over the tomatoes, cover again and cook for about 3 more minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs.
