Here is delicious and satisfying weight loss. We don't eat grass to lose weight. We eat tasty, satisfying and balanced.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I switched to about proper nutrition and calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.

Someone even has a minus on the scales after the New Year's feasts. And it's great!

And someone added a couple of kilograms. But do not be upset, because for the most part - all this is water, which will quickly go away as soon as the usual diet is established and the drinking regime is normalized.

I think that I will also have a plus on the scales on the day of our control weigh-in - January 10 (just summarize our results, who took part in the flash mob "weight before and after the holidays"). Yet alcohol and over-calorie days should take their toll.

But don't even think about getting upset about weight gain! We celebrated the holidays, relaxed and again into battle!

In no case do we scold ourselves for the increase! Just think 2 kilos, we got rid of more, right?

And my menu today is as follows.

For breakfast, sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (70 g) with beetroot salad with garlic, seasoned with homemade PP mayonnaise (60 g) and fish paste (25 g). I drank green tea with jasmine with sandwiches.

And I got breakfast for 360 kcal.

For a snack 180 g mango - 120 kcal.

I specially photographed the mango, because they asked which one I take and how I choose. I basically take this from the well-known chain of health food stores in Moscow.

I want soup after the holidays, I really want it. It seems to me that I will cook soup for dinner for a long time.

For lunch, a plate (450 g) of cheese soup with chicken broth and 25 g of whole grain bread - 320 kcal.

After lunch - tea with 25 g of bitter 75% chocolate - 130 kcal.

And supper: oven-baked chicken breast (200 g ready-made - the breast from yesterday's chicken remains), 130 g of baked quince and 40 g of cherry.

Dinner went out on 365 kcal.

The result of the day is 1300 kcal. And I actively drink water, expelling excess fluid accumulated in the body. Getting ready for the check weighing on January 10th.

I read the other day comments in one of my articles with photos from last new year, which I compared with current photos (the difference was about 25 kg in weight). So, they say that there is absolutely no difference, and these 25 kg are not visible.

Not really visible? Or is someone just looking bad? This thought haunts me, although I know everything about myself. Your opinion is interesting.

And the comments about the fact that "where the fat woman is, there are current photos, and where the thin one is, there are old photos from her youth". Everywhere you look - homebrew detectives everywhere).
