Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 200 g (2-3 pcs.)
- tomatoes - 150 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- canned tuna - 160 g
Sauce:
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- apple cider vinegar (lemon juice) - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. Let's prepare the vegetables first.
Cut two or three cucumbers in half and cut into semicircles.
About 150 g of small tomatoes, cut into quarters.
2. Cut two boiled eggs lengthwise into 4 pieces.
Putting up the salad.
Put cucumbers on the bottom of a large plate. Put the chopped eggs on the cucumbers.
3. Next lay out the prepared tomato slices.
Break off small pieces of tuna with a fork and arrange randomly on a plate. I used a 160g can of canned tuna.
4. Preparing salad dressing.
Pour salt into a bowl to taste, pour 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Mix everything for about 1-2 minutes, until all the salt is dissolved in the sauce.
5. Pepper the salad on top with black pepper. Pour everything evenly with the prepared sauce using a spoon.
If desired, the salad can be mixed, but then it will no longer be so beautiful.
