My name is Anna and I'm 37 years old, height 173 cm. Since May 2018 I have changed their way of life, has moved to about a proper diet deficient in calories and have parted with 35.5 kg (originally my weight was 132.2 kg).
In his blog, I talk about my weight loss process and share experiences. I do not advise anyone to do as I do. Every man for himself decides for himself!

And traditionally the menu for the day (Sunday).

My breakfast today was of eggs from two eggs and half a sandwich with pate Cod to green tea.

Breakfast brought 390 kcal.

Because of the weather the weekend turned into seals days. Attacked longing even some. We spent all day Sunday watching movies. I could not even bring myself to do your favorite exercise program for of maintaining the muscle tone.

🍏 snack apple and persimmon - 200 kcal.

For lunch, I baked chicken in the oven with potatoes, and got to feed themselves and their families! These are the dishes I like to have two in one and less gotovki👍.

Chicken rubbed with salt and pepper, lard and garlic in the oven for an hour to the entire potato wrapped in foil. A minimum of effort and a delicious family dinner is ready! Well postrogat salad - a five-minute thing!

lunch on 320 kcal! Green tea - as a complement to watching movies with my family.

And yes, I'm not afraid to eat potatoes and pasta for weight loss. Just use certain types of cooking for potatoes and all sorts of pasta. Here you can read about pasta and potatoes.

For lunch I had yesterday patties of minced chicken with cheese, garlic and herbs, cooked on elektrogrile and fresh vegetables. Well, when you do not have to cook, you can just bask edu😊

The mood was not and dare I prikusku green tea with baked apple with cinnamon. By the way, for me, is the apple was a surprisingly perfect replacement sweets for tea. Yes, and useful!

Dinner - 300 kcal.

The day came in 1210 kcal and no exercise.
