Why?
There are several key points that are imperceptible to us, but at the same time prevent weight loss.
1. We do not consider calories.
Cooking food nutrition, useful, low-fat, but do not consider the calories. While it is a calorie deficit gives us the opportunity to lose weight, because it is necessary to burn the energy that came from food. And if not to create a calorie deficit, then the weight will either be maintained at the existing level or even rise if consume more calories than the body needs.
2. Serving size.
If you do not have kitchen scales and food ration is measured by eye, then there is certainly possible to sort out with calories, without noticing it. Retrieved on their own. Initially, I measure out the portions of food on the eye, the result was, but still not as we would like. And I bought the scales - was very surprised at how wrong I was in the amount of servings. Then 50 grams plus 60 grams of there... and now we are not in a calorie deficit and weight loss slows down accordingly.
3. Unaccounted snacks.
And these snacks can be very much. Here we are preparing something, we try again, and even tried dva..podsolili.. Or saw on the table cookies and hand she reached for him. What could be one of biscuits, we think, and forget it. And suddenly we see a couple of hours a candy - just not candy, candy does one hurt? And for a whole day of such cookies, pieces of something tasty typed so much that we have gone in too much calories. Write down everything you eat in your application for counting calories.
3. Hormones.
If you clearly count calories, you have physical exercise, eat right and do everything possible and impossible to lose weight, not lose weight - there is a reason to see a doctor to check hormones.
4. Exercise stress.
While on your food and will depend on the 80% of success in losing weight, but there will come a time when even without the minimum of physical activity is no longer enough. Calorie deficit can not be increased indefinitely. And will have to include sports in their lives, but I think at this point you will already be more or less satisfied with their weight and want to have a beautiful relief of the body.
