Good day, and dreams of slimming lose weight!
Who first visited my blog? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I was losing weight at about proper nutrition with a deficit of calories. My result at the beginning of February - minus 35.7 kg.
Saturday started with cereals millet cinnamon milk (1: 1 diluted with water). Plus green tea with rye loaf and curd cheese (which I forgot to take a picture, but you will forgive me for this?).
Breakfast is turned on 445 kcal.
I knew that this day would be lunch I will not soon, therefore, ate plump.)
Immediately after breakfast, had to leave on business, the houses were after 15 hours. I can not wait, when it will be able to spend the weekend at his pleasure, not doing chores and work.
Quickly cooked cheese soup, which loves the whole family ate everything from the soul. Here I love these recipes as a quick and tasty!) Just a half-hour lunch is ready.

For lunch, it turned around
420 kcal. Why so much? I wanted to have that ate as much as 500 grams of soup!!! Horror!Another afternoon, I poured myself a green tea and took a piece of dark chocolate 75% - 50 kcal.
Something Today I really relaxed, I eat everything and when I want. Here floor nibbled apple in the late afternoon - 25kkal.
At dinner, which was rather late for me - in 19 hours, I made stuffed mushrooms with egg and cheese squid.
Dinner turned on 360 kcal.
Today I got all 3 meals with no snacks and evening kefir or cottage cheese. But these 3 doses, I cleared the food, ate as much as its deficit - 1300 kcal.
And I want to confess, I did not drink today, the water rate, gleaning a bit. I promise to mend!
