Ingredients:
- white toaster bread - 8 slices
- cheese - 80 g
- bacon (ham, sausage) - 80 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the filling for the sandwiches.
Cut the smoked bacon into cubes.
Three cheese on a coarse grater.
2. You will need 2 slices of bread for each sandwich. In one of them we cut out a circle with a glass.
Put a whole slice of bread on a baking sheet, and on it a slice with a cut out circle.
3. Put pieces of bacon in the middle of the circle.
Put grated cheese on top of the bread.
In the middle of the bread, gently break a raw egg. Eggs are preferably small.
4. Salt and pepper each egg on top.
Put a few more pieces of bacon on top of the egg.
5. We put the sandwiches in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 15 minutes.
The white should thicken and the yolk should still be runny.
We decorate hot sandwiches with herbs, and immediately serve.
The sandwiches turned out to be very tasty, hearty and beautiful. They ideally combine soft bread with a crispy fried crust, melted cheese, egg and aromatic bacon.
