That came the same day that it is time to stand on the scales and see your check result of weight loss per week.

Let me remind you that I'm losing weight 132.2 kg in May 2018. And a week ago, the figure on the scale was 98.5 kg.

And a number pleased me the scales today:

During the week it took 1, 2 kg!!! I am very pleased! Now the following checkweighing me in a week. I go to the figure on the scales at least 80kg.

A common result is terrible to think - minus 35 kg!!! For so many years of struggle with excess weight I have tried everything possible, but such a result could only be achieved now - going on about a proper diet and a calorie deficit.

Perhaps enough to show off and it's time to talk about my weight loss the next day and the menu that day.

Breakfast I have today is this:

Boiled eggs, whole grain bread and low-fat cheese. Vitaminki and green tea has traditionally finished breakfast.

A total of 410 kcal breakfast.

And here again pressing business led to a breach of the diet.

Left shortly after breakfast on business I got home just in time for dinner, I had lunch apple, which brought with her. Apple - 125 kcal.

I returned home in time for dinner time. And for dinner I had the buckwheat, chicken breast cooked in non-stick frying pan without oil!!! and half a bell pepper.

Dinner - 325 kcal. I ate heartily!)

And somewhere in the 2 hours before bedtime, I drank a cup of yogurt with cinnamon and turmeric.

Generally about turmeric reminded me of my readers). I'd forgotten that bought this spice intending to use it often, but have not found very much to use it. A turmeric for weight loss and is not only useful!
