I want to share with you today a recipe for stuffed cabbage with minced chicken breasts and Chinese cabbage.
These stuffed obtained tasty and low-calorie. Lovely meal for losing weight! Only 75 kcal per 100 grams!
We need the following products:
- minced chicken breast - 500gr,
- Chinese cabbage - the best large,
- 1 large carrot,
- bulb large,
- 3- 4 garlic cloves,
- 50 grams of dry rice (basmati I)
- tomato paste 1 tsp,
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream (I 10%),
- bay leaf and allspice.
- salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation.
1. Pre-boil in salted water until half cooked rice.
2. To soften the Pekinese cabbage I put it in a plastic bag in the microwave for 5-7 minutes. Then cooled.
3. I rubbed carrots and chopped onions and fry them in a nonstick frying pan over a drop of oil. As always, it is better to add water to do not burn.
4. Stuffing Salts, pepper, add the rice, grated garlic and part roasting - carrots and onions. Mixed well.
5. I share on cabbage leaves and begin to wrap stuffed cabbage. I was very small cabbage, so I do not cut off the thick lower part of the leaf. I advise you to buy cabbage cabbage large to use only a soft part of the leaf.
6. Duckies pile wrapped in a deep frying pan, sprinkle with the remaining zazharki carrots and onions. And I pour the water in which was dissolved teaspoon tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of cream. Plus I salt and a little Perch put lavrushku and allspice.
If you have cabbage and minced ended - cut cabbage and send to the stuffed cabbage in the pan, there will be additional vegetables to your dinner! And if you like more vegetables in gravy to the stuffed cabbage, use more carrots and onions. All in your hands and depends on your own taste!
7. Simmer stuffed cabbage for about 30 minutes after boiling on low heat.
