Dull workdays bad effect on me - again, I do not want anything, I am lazy to prepare something especially for breakfast. So hard to stand still and do not get enough sleep for about a week ...
And as you know, poor sleep and stress can result in extra kilos. Alas, but the next month - one and a half poor sleep and stress are my companions. So that happened.
Breakfast at me today at 7 am and some sad:
Again sandwiches with whole wheat bread, avocado, cheese, and cod pate. It is necessary to have porridge to pass, but no it does not itself have zastavlyu..vot who cooked me porridge for breakfast ...)

Breakfast - 420 calories.
Between breakfast and lunch, a snack, I small apple. Now I eat and a few apple seeds. Why? All about apples - here.
Snack apple - 60 calories.
Before lunch I still get walking tour for - burned calories. And useful, and worked!
Returning - cooked lunch and dinner yourself and at the same time, dinner for a family of the same products. For myself, "okoloPPshnaya" food, and those whom do not get to eat right are their favorite food. Everyone chooses what he eat and what to eat, and what not. I do not force their own is that they do not like and do not impose their own food. Something they, of course, like my okoloPP recipes, but from fried - in any did not refuse).
My dinner - roasted chicken leg in yogurt with garlic and baked potato.
Lunch - 400 calories
Tired of working at the computer, I found 30 minutes to warm up a bit in order to maintain muscle tone.
For dinner, the rest of the dinner baked chicken leg and salad - boiled egg, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, feta cheese, dressed with a drop of linseed oil.
Dinner -330kkal.
Before going to bed (for 2 hours), I drank 200g low-fat yogurt with a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon - 85 kcal.
Total 1 295 kcal per day and a small shortfall of proteins.
Plus necessarily drunk water norm. Today drank about 2.8 liters. Do not forget to drink water, it will help to lose weight.
