Today I'll tell you about my day wrong, violation of the regime and the terrible KBZHU products per day. It is not always going smoothly passes in my weight loss. Sometimes I'll make myself a day of vkusnyashek, and sometimes circumstances spoil my meal plans.

The morning began as usual in my early favorite and sandwiches on whole grain bread with avocado, cod pate with low-fat cheese.

Vitaminki and green tea has traditionally finished breakfast. And I intend to eat a banana a little later, perhaps on a snack.

Excluding breakfast banana has turned out at me 410 kcal.

But the unexpected happened and I had to leave on business. I knew that I shall get home in the evening and cook do not have time.

I was able to take a banana and an apple - to get a snack on the go 165 kcal.

How was I supposed to go home I got about 16 hours and I had to "dine" residues soup with meatballs.

150 kcal. Here's a lunch. Even forgot to make a picture, so it is like... that's what it means to get used to the regime. Slightly fail and the body immediately requires fuel.)

As you know, the day I get on very well, proteins deficient. It is sad, but I hope to anything bad it will not.

To absolutely ruin the day, I made myself a salad with 2 eggs, tomato, bell pepper and feta cheese, season it with linseed oil with garlic and pepper. As they say, that was enough time to quickly and tasteful)).

Cases affairs, and work has not been canceled. This is the charm of my job. Can she manage time, but for me, no one will do anything and no matter how tired, and the time given to the work necessary. And so many, I think.. I had to sacrifice time for supper cooking.

Dinner turned out to 425 kcal.

2 hours prior to sleep, I still ate a jar of soft cheese - 120g - 95kkal.

As a result, almost went through with fats, carbohydrates are almost normal, and the protein in 2 times less than necessary... and 1245 calories for the entire day.

So these days there are for me, when really all not because I wanted to. And you do not have time, but still get a lot of stress, which as you know - is one of the enemies for losing weight.
