My name is Anja and in May 2018 I changed my lifestyle, moved to a proper diet (well, almost right) with a deficit of calories and have parted with 33 kg of excess weight.
There is still a lot of work on myself, because the goal is to lose at least another 20 kilos!
Her channel I share my experience and tell about their menu every day.
And if at least one person to inspire my example and be able to lose weight - I'll be happy!
Well, today is my day started here with these sandwiches (whole-grain bread, avocado, salmon smoked) and green tea.
I do not forget I drink vitamins, which began to take after the New Year.
Breakfast - 305 calories.
The planned trip to the ice rink has been canceled. Force Majeure.
A flood in the bathroom and we began walking, and skating, and all other entertainment. But how many calories I burned... wow!)
Christmas fun passes!
Stressful situation had to seize the snack, which consisted of curd cheesecake (recipe here) and green tea. And 3 small mandarin - 50kkal.
Easy cheese cheesecake - only 120 kcal.
Yet for dinner I managed to cook chicken for a family barbecue and vegetable salad with mayonnaise.
Well, she had lunch breast without skin and salad (tomato, sweet pepper, feta cheese, fresh herbs), which is tucked linseed oil.
For lunch, it turned 370 kcal.
Today I allowed myself one more snack curd cheesecake and green tea - 120 kcal. Only to gain their calories, that's true!).
Dinner - the continuation of lunch) remaining chicken breast without skin and green peas - only 300 kcal.
After yesterday a hike in the restaurant and pampering rolls I was again flooded with water - plus 500g! and yet again the fish in the morning! So I saw my hard water rate and hope tomorrow will see on the scales less than 99kg.
By the way, went the second day of my experience with the face cream with vitamins A and E, I want to say unequivocally, already see the difference! Immediately after applying, the skin is well moisturized and is a long time in this state. After the usual cream result was much worse. Now I have started adding vitamins A and E in the body lotion and smear trouble spots to the skin while losing weight does not sag. I will keep up to date, can someone come in handy)
