We can cook your own herring under a fur coat, when the soul asks, and thus lose weight! The thing is that, instead of the figure of the enemy - mayonnaise, we will use the sauce with low-fat sour cream.
And believe me, or slightly better than the taste will be, especially when you know what the meal will not harm the process of weight loss).
We need:
- salted herring
- beets
- carrot
- potatoes
- bow
- sour cream (10%), mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
It is necessary to boil the vegetables and clean a herring.
Mix the dressing (1 serving):
2 tablespoons sour cream, 1/2 tsp mustard (Dijon I'm using), salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 teaspoon lemon spoon.
