Chicken rolls with 120 calories!

I want to share a recipe for rolls of chicken breast that you have seen in my menu.

For rolls, we need:

-chicken breast,

-spinach,

- cheese,

- garlic,

- soft cheese or plain (not sweet) yogurt

- salt, pepper, paprika.

I took 4 small chicken breasts and cut all the "lumps" in order to obtain a flat piece (cut pieces tomorrow I use to cook the soup).

He sprawled on a rectangle with a sharp knife and slightly repulsed.

Pepper, salt and grease grated garlic.

Placed on top of the spinach and brusochek cheese (I use low-fat cheeses).

Close rolls and place on a baking sheet.

To roll I baked potatoes.

Since chicken breast cooks faster, potatoes I cut small, pepper, salt and grease grated garlic.
