For breakfast (at 8:00) I have sandwiches (yes again! )). Hello "right" and ZOZhnikam PPshnikam !!))).

Whole grain bread and bran, avocado, fish pate, tomatoes and a slice of low-fat cheese and a cup of green tea with jasmine made my morning!)

Breakfast came to 460 kcal.

Small household chores took me a bit of time and accordingly low in calories burned.

At 11 o'clock a snack apple and persimmon - on 130kkal.

For lunch cooked braised bok choy with chicken (enough for a few days, even a mother'll feed-bag).

Carrots and onions fry in a drop of olive oil (that does not stick to add a little water).
