Delicious, airy, tender, fluffy curd buns in just 20 minutes. Yeast-free!
These buns are ideal for breakfast, you can take with you to work, give your child to school.
To make buns you will need:
Cottage cheese - 300 gr.
Wheat flour - 280 gr.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 40 ml.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 40 gr. (I took 25 gr.).
Baking powder - 10 gr.
Vanilla or cinnamon - your choice.

I add milk to the curd. I leave 2 tbsp. milk for greasing buns.
Advice: if you use granular cottage cheese, then you need to interrupt it with a blender until it is creamy or rub it through a sieve.
Then add eggs, sugar, vanilla or cinnamon, vegetable oil. Mix everything well, you can use a blender or a hand whisk.
Comment: I have cane sugar (brown), so the color of the buns will be a bit dark.
I add baking powder to the flour, mix.

I sift the flour through a sieve and add it in parts to the curd mass, knead the dough.
The dough should be sticky - that's it!
I grease my hands with vegetable oil and form a ball (any shape is possible). I put the buns on the parchment at a distance from each other, the buns will rise very well!
I grease the buns with the remaining milk.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let it cool a little, and in the meantime, put the kettle on. Have a nice tea!
