Anyone who looks my recipes regularly knows that I love food not banal. This time decided to cook meatballs from crab sticks. Leaf through, whatever they are cooked and others again realized: many cunning. Those who wrote that the composition does not need any flour or semolina - deceive. In these meatballs mass does not "grab" only because of the egg. That's why - in the photo with the composition I have flour and semolina, because I added them already in the process of cooking.
What you need:
* Crab sticks (or crab meat) - 1 pack
* Hard cheese - 100 grams

* Semolina - 1 tablespoon
* Flour - 1 tablespoon
* Carrots (for juiciness and utility) - 100 grams
* Herbs (for amateurs)
