I have written repeatedly that chronically I do not know how to dispose of the products. And I stayed with me a little "tired" orange. As the saying goes: "not the amplitude, not syudy". Do not throw it? Moreover, that bought cheese, and oatmeal I have always inhabited the house (I'm with them and make cocktails, and casseroles and cakes, and a lot more then - see my recipes)
So what I have here on the bottom of the barrel type?
* Half of the "tired" orange
*egg
* 200 grams of cottage cheese
* Oatmeal - 1 cup
* Lemon (zest to go)
* Cheese - 30 grams for the upper (lower write why)
Cooking: Cottage cheese, egg, oatmeal and orange part throw in a blender, and all interrupting in a creamy mass. Lemon peel as usual, do not a fine grater, cheese three any (it still has melted). part of orange cut slices (they go to the dough itself to juiciness and orange flavor)

All is good mix and spread
in a baking dish, greased (can be vegetable, and it is possible and creamy). Today I was preparing this casserole in the microwave oven, so I crockery just for SVCH👇then, a little sprinkle cheese (but can do without it). I just like it when there is a crust on the casserole, plus I really like the combination of sweet and slightly salty.
bake in a microwave oven at the highest power - the whole 5 minutes!
Casserole turns out very tender, with a citrus flavor.
With regard to sugar. We did not eat (sometimes in adding pastries), but most use honey. Therefore, I submit this casserole - watering honey on top. You can add and sour cream, but I was not there.
