Here is a "delicacy" I turned. I prepared for the first time, and I admit fairly: we loved it! I did this caviar, while her husband was at work. He came, saw and thought it was real. And even when I tried, I did not realize that before it "fake".

On the palate, this caviar is really very similar to this, but still different. So try to be sure!

Ingredients:

fish broth
gelatin
vegetable oil
food coloring (can be replaced with carrot juice)

It is very important the preparation process. Therefore, I advise you to carefully read the recipe, or you might miss something and "caviar" will not work.

So, in a glass pour vegetable oil (about 200 ml) was odorless and remove in the freezer for a half hour. At this time we cook rich fish broth. It is best to use several types of fish. Do not forget to salt broth.

For the preparation of "calf", we need 150 ml broth. Dissolved therein 15 g of gelatin and is heated to the hot state, but to boil it is not necessary! I warmed up in the microwave.

Next hot broth must tint food dyes. I took 2 drops 2 drops of red and yellow dye gel. If you do not have them on hand, you can try to replace the carrot juice.
