While preparing the vegetables, you can do the other ingredients. Cook 2-3 eggs hard boiled and allowed to cool. Herring 1 pc cut into fillets, remove the skin, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
Half of the bulbs (or a small) cut finely and 15 minutes pickle in apple vinegar. Vinegar will need 2 tablespoons. If you do not want to feel sour, then the bow can not marinate.
Mix the onion, herring fillets and a little mayonnaise.
Beets and potatoes grate, grate as egg whites, add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and stir. From the resulting mass forming hands a small ball about the size of a walnut or a little more.
