Ingredients for puffs:

  • flour - 3 cups of batter and 3/4 cup of crumb
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • butter - 250 grams in the dough and crumb 100g
  • baking powder - 10 g (about 1 small sachet)
  • sugar - 3/4 cup

Cooking dough puffs. Grate butter. To make this easy to do, the oil has been to put in the freezer.

To the oil add the yogurt, flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough. The dough was put in a conventional plastic bag and remove a refrigerator for about 1 hour - 1 hour and 20 minutes.

And now the fun part: start collecting puff. Dough divide into 6-7 parts. Take the first portion and roll out into a thin cake of 3-4 mm thick. Sprinkle on top of a little baby, now the second cake, which roll out as thin. Bit presses his hands, again sprinkle with crumbs.

Repeat layers until until the end of the dough and crumb. Incidentally, the latter do not need to sprinkle the cake crumbs. With a sharp knife cut into puffs of arbitrary size and put in the oven.
