I like Tatar cuisine, and especially sweets. I really like the chak-chak. I've got a proven recipe for which I am preparing for several years. Chak-chak I get very tasty, tender, just melts in your mouth! I recommend the recipe from the heart!

Ingredients:

eggs
milk
flour
honey
sugar
vegetable oil
* Powdered sugar, nuts

Prepare the dough. Mix in a bowl 2 and 3 the egg yolk, add 3 tablespoons of milk and stir well until uniform. Then pour the flour (as will) and knead the dough, it should have the consistency is not too steep.

The dough should be tender, soft, elastic, and then chak-chak will turn out very tasty and mouth-watering. Divide the dough into 7-8 parts.

Every part of the roll out thinly, cut into thin strips, to obtain a sort of "noodles". Then cut the noodles into small pieces 1-2 cm long.

Now, a little sliced peppered flour dough. Take the 1/3 or 1/4 of the dough and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil, such as deep-fried, over moderate heat. And so with all the dough. Fry until light golden brown and take out with a slotted spoon.

Prepare the syrup. In a skillet with a thick bottom, mix 1 cup of honey and 1 cup sugar. Honey, you can add a little less if you want. We are waiting to boil and cook the caramel syrup, about 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and put to fried dough, stir, to each piece was in the syrup.

Well, just have to collect chak-chak. Take a large flat tray or dish, moistened slightly with cold water and spread chuck-chuck slide, bit tamping it, if desired sprinkle with powdered sugar or nuts and leave until completely cooling.

Then, chak-chak can try. Very tasty! Bon appetit, my friends!
