Flour - 400g
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
Cheese - 100 gr
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

First a little heated milk to make it warm. Add to it the sugar and yeast. Leave for 10 minutes. Now put salt, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Now add the flour, knead it does not stick to the hands of the dough. If necessary, add a little bit more flour. The dough is put in a regular plastic bag and put them in the refrigerator.

Two hours later, we obtain the dough and form a cake. Top lubricates each mayonnaise cake (remaining 2 tablespoons) and sprinkled with grated cheese.
