Very tasty sauce that lately I cook often. Recipe learned recently, but he fell in love with our whole family. And most importantly, it turns out tasty, hearty and fast - to prepare gravy takes only 30 minutes.

Preparation:

On a frying pan with hot oil put a chopped onion, 2 chopped cloves of garlic and a little fresh ginger. You can pick up and dried, and can be prepared at all without it, if you do not like ginger.

Slightly fried, literally 1 minute, then add 300 grams of sausage. It is best to take the platter - smoked sausage, jam, sausage, sausage, bacon - in general, that is. But if you only have one type, then do not worry, you still get a tasty :)) Fry sausage, stirring constantly, until it browns.

Now, 1 large ripe tomato scalded with boiling water, remove the peel, cut into cubes and send it to the pan. Following put half pepper, diced or strips, one small carrots, grated.

Pour 300 mL species adding salt and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons tomato paste. You can add any spices, and sometimes I put Provence herbs.

Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until then, until the sauce thickens and the water evaporates. Then close the lid, turn off the heat and leave for another 5-7 minutes.

It is served with pasta, potatoes, buckwheat. Sprinkle with fresh herbs. Very tasty! Bon appetit, my dear friends!
