If you need to feed a family with something tasty, but in this case, the dish was simple and satisfying - cook the casserole of potatoes and sausages. This is delicious! With zapekanochka table will take a few minutes :))

Ingredients:

potatoes
frankfurters
eggs
cheese
greens
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

For cooking casseroles take 5-6 medium sized potatoes. Boil the potatoes until tender. Then there are two options: either a potato rub on a coarse grater or mash it tolkushkoy and mash. I cooked and so and so - get equally tasty.

Further potatoes salt to taste, add a little black pepper, and then pour 2 eggs, whipped until smooth. Mix all, the potato pieces ready.

So now we grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and spread half of the potatoes. Above it decompose sausages (or sausages), cut into slices.
