So, we need a piece of pork. It should be part of the peritoneum, it is called puzanina. It is desirable to have layers of meat. Taking a piece weighing about 1.5 kg, or slightly smaller. Remove skins.

Rub a piece of pepper and any other spices you like. We make a few punctures, which are stuck in the garlic cloves. 5-7 cloves will be enough.

And now an important point: if you just put the loaf in the oven, it is likely that he will not have school, a tough crust on top. Therefore, it is necessary to pre-cook. The pan pour water and salt to taste. Water should be enough to keep it completely covers the roll. Add the bay leaf, a few peppercorns and a bulb as a whole.
