Preparing the yeast dough for sausages. So, take 2 teaspoons of dried fast yeast, dissolve them in 1 cup of warm water, add 1 teaspoon of honey, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. ordinary sugar can be used instead of honey.
Now take 2 cups flour, mix with 0.5 teaspoon salt. Pouring a thin stream of water containing dissolved yeast and begin to knead the dough.
In the process of mixing add another 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and has about half a cup of flour.
We leave the dough for about 1 hour in a warm place. When it is suitable, we divide the dough into 10-12 parts (by number of sausages). From each part of the test do flagellum ( "sausage") and wrap the sausage. Ideally it should have 5-6 turns so that the dough has not collapsed. Or you can wrap the sausage in any other way.
The resulting pigs in blankets spread on a baking sheet, lubricates the top egg, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Bon appetit, my friends!
